STRIMBU DRIVERS EARN THEIR WAY TO A RECORD YEAR!
Driver compensation at Nick Strimbu, Inc. had a record year in 2015! This was driven by our diverse customer base, demand from these customers for superior service and a lucrative compensation and benefit structure.
The median pay for our mileage drivers was $56,700.00, which means 50% of our drivers earned even more! This constitutes a whopping 61 cents per mile average pay and that’s not all. We also have a very rich fringe benefit package at Nick Strimbu, Inc. Our fringes equate to 18.2% of gross wages. This benefit package drives total average compensation to over $67,000.00! Total compensation pay per mile, with the fringe benefit package included is 72.10 cents per mile. This makes our company an industry leader in driver compensation.
It is evident, when a carrier has a strong, diverse customer base, provides new equipment with the latest in technology, and creates the highest compensation package in the industry, drivers benefit significantly earning the pay they deserve. The old saying that “a high tide rises all ships” is evident every day at Nick Strimbu, Inc.
If you are a driver fed up with low pay and benefits, come jump on our ship today and sail your way to prosperity!
