EXCEPTIONAL WAGES & BENEFITS

1.     Pay

  • $70,000 - $80,000 annual average – Top 10% drivers earn $80,000 - $90,000

    • We pay more per mile for shorter runs. 75% of loads are over 400 miles

    • Annual Miles range from 100,000 to 136,000

    • Total pay per mile averages 70 cpm

    • Linehaul & Accessorial pay rate increases on average every 1 – 2 years

  • $1,000 Transition Bonus on your first 2 paychecks to help ease the pain of changing carriers

  • $1,000 Retention Bonus in your first year

  • Performance Safety Bonus: 2 – 5 cpm

    • Paid quarterly

    • Largest payout last quarter was $1,625 or $6,500 annually

  • Weekend delivery pay: $200

  • We pay detention whether the customer pays us or not

 

2.     Vacation

  • Vacation Match from Current Trucking Company up to 3 weeks

  • Paid vacation – up to 4 weeks. Each week pays 1/52nd of previous year’s wage

  • Earn an extra week of paid time off each year through safety bonus

3.     Home Time

  • Regional Routes/ Home Weekly — Drivers get home every weekend, or can stay out if they request.

4.     Health Insurance

  • Medical/Dental/Vision – Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • Deductibles & Max Out of Pocket:

    • Single: $1,000

    • Family: $2,000

  • Premiums:

    • Single: only $34/paycheck - $147/month

    • Family: only $77/paycheck - $335/month

5.     Retirement
